Kingston Town

It’s been a while, but I’m finally all settled into Kingston town. I’m comfortable, I’m cold, and I’m happy. I forgot how blissfully simple and sleepless the life of a student is, and I can dig it. In short, my econ courses are somewhat sucking my will to live, but I’m learning a lot.

Currently I’m rocking a more-than-full courseload, so my free time is used up making the commute between Stauffer and coffee or Bracken and coffee or home and coffee. I’ve given up thinking it’s a devilish vice and now I can just commit. Thank goodness I live above a Starbucks and across from Coffee & Company. How would I get out of bed otherwise?

This weekend I’m off to Montreal to meet with potential McGill supervisors and to catch a Decemberists show with the boys. We’re staying at a great hostel that Gila and I stayed at in Old Montreal and I plan on enjoying my city weekend to the fullest. If enough silly people click on my ads the weekend may involve shoes! I’m letting lose! By that I mean 1.5 beers and some pain au chocolate. It’s going to be WILD!

About Me

I like short walks on long beaches and churros.

Above and beyond the aforementioned, I prefer deserts, duvets, dachshunds, $1.99 breakfasts, messy hair, mashed potatoes, sleeping in, seat sales, shoes, uva & uvb.

I spend my days developing interactive marketing programs and driving the execution of social media programs for lululemon athletica.

I live in a big, white loft in Vancouver near the beach.

I'm happiest when I am sitting or eating toast with hot sauce.

Where Can You Find Me?

Sometimes I am at work.

Other times I am on the balcony or on a beach or at Holt Renfrew or on an easyJet flight bound somewhere delightful like Brno.

You might find me there.

I rarely answer my mobile. I'm quite partial to the parcel post.
