
Our entire team has been working long days and nights to pull a variety of projects off the hook (anyone that knows me knows my level of stress by my level of French Teacher Hair). What gets us through those long nights when we stay later than the late night cleaners and arrive at the office when even Starbucks isn’t open? It’s one part passion for what we do, one part serious dedication to each other, and a few extra parts of bodum coffee.
As of today, we are officially “hard launching” our We Heart Feedback tool. It gives our amazing lululemon guests the ability to share their feedback on any of our products and for us (our designers, our merchants, our ecomm team) to learn and grow from this feedback.
If you’ve been a fan of lululemon for a while, you might know that our products change from season to season. Inseams are lengthened and shortened, hidden pockets are added, and new fabric, colours, and patterns are introduced. Why do we continue to experiment with the fit and function of our technical athletic wear? Because of feedback.
We’re out there collecting feedback from athletes at design meetings, from our Facebook and Twitter pages, and from our guests who call and email us at the Guest Education Centre. Feedback allows us to continue to innovate and make products that are better and better.

Creating a feedback tool for lululemon has been one of my big hairy goals since my first days at the company over three years ago, and it’s a pretty rad feeling to see this come to fruition.
